The OMR Festival is set to return to the Hamburg Exhibition Center May 7 and 8. As always, we’re dedicated to curating a program of speakers representative of the biggest trends and topics from the digital economy, pop culture and politics. Today, we’re thrilled to announce that the official OMR Timetable is live!

There’s a decent chance—if you’ve been paying attention—that you have caught wind of a few of our many speaker drops over the past weeks and months. From entrepreneur and pop culture icon Kim Kardashian to bestselling author and podcaster extraordinaire Tim Ferriss and tech journalist Kara Swisher to Pinterest CPO Sabrina Ellis and Philipp Freise from KKR. Today, you can add some context to the lineup—who’s on where and when.

With the drop of the Speaker Timetable and Event Timetables, you’ll see a list of confirmed slots so that you can start to finalize your schedule for while you’re here. And if the speaker or event you're looking for isn't listed, then that means that slot has yet to be finalized. Be sure to check back regularly, as we’ll be updating it daily.

Pro-tip from us: the Festival tends to sell out before the event kicks off, so if you want to ensure your attendance, it's best to get a ticket now. Same goes for accommodation. Our suggestion here is to check out the OMR hotel portal powered by HRS.

The OMR24 Timetable: How it works

The first time you open up the Speaker Timetable, you’ll see an overview of pretty much everything at the Festival. Starting at the top, there is a timeline for Day 1 on the Conference Stage, Red Stage, Blue Stage, Yellow Stage and 5050 Stage. Just swipe or scroll through the slots to see what topics and speakers are on where and when. This way, you’ll know if you need to be at the Red Stage at 11:20 AM, where Anne Coghlan from Scope3 will highlight which brands are succeeding at becoming more sustainable—and how. Or if would you prefer the Yellow Stage, where Pinterest CPO Sabrina Ellis will talk about how we can use AI to make the Internet a more human(e) place.

Tough decisions abound. And while we cannot do anything about that, we can help you make heads or tails of all the stages, slots and speakers—just customize the timetable according to your preferences. For example, if you only prefer slots in English, just choose the language. Or maybe you want to focus on certain topics? Then open the drop-down menu "Topics" and select what you’re interested in. You can also set filters for speakers and companies. Slots can be bookmarked, too. All you have to do is log in with your MyOMR account. The bookmarked slots will of course also be synched with the Festival when it is released. This way, you can check what you're interested in over the coming weeks - and have your personal timetable with you on your smartphone on May 7 and 8.

Don’t forget about the Masterclasses, Guided Tours and Side Events

You can sift through the stage program to your heart’s content, but that’s not all there is. The Event Timetable for the Masterclasses, Guided Tours and Side Events is live now, as well. Start looking for the seminars, tours and topics you’d like to attend and get ready for the application phase, which starts on April 4, 2024. All you need is a ticket for the OMR Festival 2024 and a bit of luck in the selection process. When the application phase starts, we’ll give you a more detailed description of the procedure. On April 30, 2024, we’ll inform you which Masterclasses, Guided Tours and Side Events you have been accepted for.

Ok, Masterclasses, Guided Tours and Side Events. Great. But what are they?

In the exclusive 90-minute Masterclass sessions, you will learn from the most innovative companies in the digital world. Industry experts bring exciting cases and practical insights from all areas. Over 2 days, we’ll have 30 different Masterclass tracks with more than 500 speakers.

Guided Tours are also an integral part of the OMR Festival. These 45-minute tours are led by industry experts, who accompany you around the Festival for a tour on a specific topic, like eCommerce, Sports Marketing, Quickwins, etc. They’ll introduce you to relevant players in the space, answer questions, share insights and entertain with anecdotes and insider knowledge. Networking, just like the tour itself, is on the house

Last, but not least, come the Side Events, which, basically, take the Festival beyond the Exhibition Center to other spots throughout Hamburg. Put on by our partners, these events provide a more varied Festival experience and additional networking opportunities away from the at times tumultuous hustle and bustle of the Festival. From a rooftop breakfast and a fireside chat to a lunch-time seminar or a pub crawl on the Reeperbahn, Side Events come in all shapes and sizes. Apply to attend starting April 4, 2024!
